Spectrum ISA Campus Photo Guild
Spectrum, ISA Photographers' Guild, with its motto "Capturing Stories of Life", is finally born. Three years ago photography was introduced as an informal aspect of Social Studies program, to eventually become one of the major courses offered in summer. It attracted increasing number of learners every year to finally culminate into a campus guild. Spectrum aims to provide a venue for children to learn photography.

The guild has its own set of officers led by Ellijah Erl Ong as president, inducted on 25 May, with Mr. Rodgen Jabor, Social Studies Head Facilitator, as founding adviser. |

On that day, a photo exhibit was held showing the works of its members. The shots vary from close up of flora and fauna, night photography to photojournalism. |

One of the important tasks of the members is to document ISA's event, a good opportunity for them to further enhance their skill while recording history. They are also encouraged to participate in local and international photo competitions as a way of measuring how far they have gone in photography. This is just one of the highlights of the guild. |

More programs and activities are lining up. The guild is open to any ISAer who must be a photography enthusiast and has the willingness and determination to present different stories in digital images. Spectrum has also gone online through its fan page in facebook, allowing members to showcase their work and share their views to anyone worldwide. R.J. |
